By accessing or using NessCode Ecosystem's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. License and Use
NessCode granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our products (like NessCart) in accordance with the license purchased. Reverse engineering, unauthorized distribution, or resale of our source code is strictly prohibited.
3. Liability
NessCode Ecosystem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which NessCode Ecosystem operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
